Communities Together Celebrating Dr. Martin Luther King

The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) San Luis Obispo County branch, along with Bend the Arc, Beth David Congregation, RACE Matters and JCC Federation of San Luis Obispo is pleased to present our inaugural Communities Together Celebrating Dr. Martin Luther King event. The celebration includes music, films, food, a collection of African American history and art from Santa Maria’s Hudson Institute of African American Heritage and Global Arts museum, and keynote speaker Dr. Donald Cheek of Fresno State University.
